How long does it take to complete my order?Because all our products are made to order, please allow 14 days before shipping can take place. However we aim to get your product to you as soon as possible, once you have placed your order you will be notified by email when your product will be delivered. ​ Custom items can take up to 21 days.

How much does delivery cost?Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery costs usually vary from R55 to R220 depending on the size and weight of your item. We make use of a courier service and delivery charges are calculated by volumetric weight.

Do you deliver to Pofadder?We delivery to all corners of South Africa. Very remote areas can attract a delivery surcharge.

Can I collect my item?Yes, please contact us via email and we will arrange for collection. During Covid all items for collection are being sent to a central Randburg (Gauteng) address.

What colour finishes do you offer?All pine products can be finished in any one of these four colours.

Can I return my item?Yes you can, as long as goods are returned in their original condition and we are notified within 7 days of delivery. You will be required to pay for shipping back to us, unless your item is defective or damaged.

What if my item damaged?You can return any defective or damaged items as long as this is done within 7 days of delivery. We will pay for return shipping. We will inspect the goods and contact you via email to arrange for a replacement item to be delivered to you ASAP.

Can I keep my item outdoors?We always advise our customers to try keep wooden items out of direct sunlight or rain. If you install in an area where there is no roof cover you will need to protect the wood by re-sealing at least every year. Our products are sealed with 2 or 3 coats of acrylic sealant that is UV and water resistant. If exposed, no amount of sealant will last forever, but as the wood ages it develops a lot of character, as long as you care for it over time.

When I water my plants, do I need to worry about water spilling on the wood?"No you don’t need to worry. The sealant we use is water resistant however any water, when pooled on wood id going to stain. Wipe any water residue down with a cloth as soon as possible.

Do I need to seal my herb boxes with plastic?No, we do all of that for you. The use plant/food friendly polypropylene plastic to seal all wooden herb boxes.

Does my item come with installation instructions?Yes, together with your delivery you will receive assembly instructions with all hardware supplied to assemble your product. The product description online will inform you whether your product is delivered complete or whether it requires assembly (delivered flat pack).

Can I pay via EFT?Yes you can pay via EFT. Email us and we will send you our bank details. Once payment reflects in our account, your item will be processed for production - deon@kikker.co.za

What payment methods are available?We accept a variety of payment methods through our secure payment portal. You can pay online with Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard American Express or Diners), Masterpass, Snapscan, Zapper, mobicred, MTN MoMo or Secure EFT.
