How long does it take to complete my order?

Because all our products are made to order, please allow 14 days before shipping can take place. However we aim to get your product to you as soon as possible, once you have placed your order you will be notified by email when your product will be delivered.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery costs usually vary from R55 to R220 depending on the size and weight of your item. We make use of a courier service and delivery charges are calculated by volumetric weight.

Do you deliver to Pofadder?

We delivery to all corners of South Africa. Very remote areas can attract a delivery surcharge.

Can I collect my item?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please contact us via email and we will arrange for collection. During Covid all items for collection are being sent to a central Randburg (Gauteng) address.
